1. Mold test steps and actions
A. Before mold test, check whether the mold is assembled and whether the raw materials are dried
B. Before mold change, spray antirust agent into the mold during production, change the mold, return it and fill in the record form
C. During mold loading, align the center of the mold, and then carry out mold support work. The mold must be locked and check whether the high-pressure mold locking is effective. The mold locking force depends on the size of the mold. The high pressure required by the large mold is 80-90 PMA; the high pressure required by the small mold is 40-65 PMA; after the high-pressure mold locking adjustment, carry out the switch mold adjustment to the normal speed, and carry out the low-pressure time, distance, pressure and speed adjustment, Low pressure work is very important in normal production. Die damage is caused by incomplete low pressure work
D. In the process of removing the material pipe, it is necessary to remove other color materials and impurities in the material pipe, reduce the injection pressure, pressure maintaining pressure, injection time, pressure maintaining time, and reduce the pressure to 50pma; then increase and adjust the pressure to the required pressure according to the product condition, and compare the low pressure forming condition sample and the medium pressure forming condition sample with the high pressure forming condition sample to analyze the flow way
E. Before mold test, use manual mode to test the mold first to confirm whether the demoulding action is smooth and whether it is in return. Spray demoulding agent to the master mold when the test mold is ejected, and adjust the demoulding mode position after forming
F. The quantity of each mold test shall be in accordance with the production management notice. Before each test run, the mold department must be informed to confirm the mold test action together. After the product is tested, it shall be reviewed by the customer. After the review, the forming condition record form and mold status form shall be filled in
G. When the mould test is completed, the mould shall be sprayed with antirust agent first, and then the mould shall be lowered to the mould department for modification,
H. Each mold test can only be carried out according to the above items. The time of mold test shall be accurate and the superior shall send personnel to test the mold. Do not test the mold without permission
2. Key points for mold test
When we receive a new mold to be proofed and tested, we are always eager to try out a result earlier and pray for a smooth process to avoid wasting labor time and causing trouble. But here we must remind two points:
A. As soon as the machine is opened, the die shall be inspected to confirm whether all the mechanisms of the die are smooth. If there is a problem, stop the action immediately to avoid unnecessary serious. If there is no problem, repeat the action several times to carry out the next action
The first mock exam can only be shot to 80% full mold before B. performs the firing action. When there is no problem, try the normal condition, confirm the sample to meet customer's standard, then proceed the next action high and low pressure test, high pressure under normal condition, high 20PMa low pressure, under the normal strip, lower 10 PMa. to carry out the mold analysis, please remember that all actions must start at low pressure and low band.
