First, mold pre inspection:
Inspection should be carried out before the injection molding machine is installed on the mold, so as to find out the quality problems in time, and repair the mold to avoid disassembling after the machine is installed. When the mold fixed template and moving template are separately inspected, attention should be paid to the direction mark, so as to avoid making mistakes when closing the mold.
Two. Installation of oblique guide die:
When installing the mold, the two people should closely cooperate and pay attention to safety. If there is a lateral parting mechanism of the mold, the slider should be installed in the horizontal position, that is, the movable block is moved left and right.
Three. Die fastening:
When the positioning ring of the mold is loaded into the positioning ring seat of the upper template of the injection molding machine, the mold is gently pressed by the moving template at a very slow speed, and then the plate is tightened up, and the gasket must be installed on the pressing plate. The plate must be loaded up and down with four pieces, and when the plate is tightened up, the height of the adjusting screw must be adjusted to the same height as the foot. That is to say, the pressing plate should be flat. If the clamping plate is inclined, the die foot of the die can not be pressed very tightly. The side of the pressing plate must not be near the mold so as not to cause friction to damage the mold.
Four. The ejection distance of the positive ejector pin is:
The position of the ejector should be adjusted to a clearance of not less than 5mm between the ejector plate on the mould and the bottom plate of the mould to prevent damage to the mould and to eject the parts.
Five. Adjusting the tightness of closed die:
In order to prevent overflow and ensure proper exhaust of cavity, when adjusting the hydraulic injection plug-elbow clamping mechanism, it mainly relies on visual observation and experience, that is, when the die is closed, the elbow joint is fast first and then slow, that is, it is not very natural and not too reluctant to straighten out, and the tight degree of the closed die is just right. For moulds requiring mold temperature, the tightness of the die should be calibrate after the mold temperature is raised.
Six, receive cooling water:
After connecting the cooling water, check whether it is smooth and leaking.
